ISO 22000:2018 does not state specific food safety performance criteria.
FSMS - ISO 22000:2018 standards can be used in whole or in part to systematically improve food safety management. Claims of conformity to ISO 22000:2018, however, are not acceptable unless all its requirements are incorporated into an organization's food safety management system and fulfilled without exclusion.

This competency-based course teaches a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 22000:2018 standard and the principles and practices of leading management systems and process audits in accordance with ISO 19011.
The target of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of Food safety management systems against ISO 22000, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021 -1, ISO 22003 as applicable.
This course is IRCA-certified and accepted. Attendees who have successfully completed this course will fulfill the training requirements for certification as an IRCA FSMS Auditor/ Lead Auditor.
